USA Sales Tax Policy

We are required by current law to charge the appropriate amount of state and local sales tax on our sales in all states where we have retail locations. Some states also tax shipping charges in addition to the merchandise.

Canadian Sales Tax Policy

We are required by current law to charge the appropriate amount of provincial sales tax and GST(HST) on sales in all provinces where we have retail locations.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return your online purchase please ensure all tags are intact for a full refund or exchange. In order to receive full credit less original shipping charge on your order all returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of shipping.

Returned merchandise must be sent by a traceable method to ensure documented delivery to us. Packages must be returned to us pre-paid, we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your convenience, returns may be made at any of our Nygård International retail stores. In order for us to process the return at the store level, please ensure you bring the original invoice and the credit card used to make the purchase on @ www.nygard.com .

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change however we offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment on items purchased within 14 days where by the price of the item was at regular price. We do NOT make price adjustments on promotional events OR on previously reduced items. • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
