We recommend any returned merchandise is sent by a traceable method to ensure a documented delivery to us. Packages must be returned to us pre-paid we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your convenience returns may be made at any of our Nygård International retail stores. Please make sure to bring the original invoice in order to process the return at the store level and the credit card used to make the purchase @ www.nygard.com . Please note no returns can be made to any of our Jay set/DFX stores.

Prices are subject to change however we offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment on items purchased within 14 days where by the price of the item was at regular price. We do NOT make price adjustments on promotional events OR on previously reduced items.
